Great variety at breakfast ! Nice clean rooms! (Pull out couch mattress could be updated) pool was nice (no hot tub) staff was great

Clean decent-sized suit with all necessary amenities. Helpful staff. Location is very convenient for access to MOA and commute to downtown.

I think one of the other people on duty was outside smoking grass….not ok in my book….

My only difficulty was the “airport shuttle” which seems to have other obligations. I needed to go to the airport at 8am, but was told it had to go to “Eagen” and I could have my choice of 7am or 9am, by a rather huffy blonde desk attendant who spent most of her time outside talking with friends rather than answering calls from guests at the front desk. The room was perfect, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast great - and the rest of the staff very nice and helpful. The property exterior and courtyard was dirty with lots of cigarette butts and trash.

Unfortunately, our rooms were overbooked. They claimed Experian never gave them our information to contact us. After traveling 6+ hours from Chicago, we were given a room that would not accommodate our family and was under construction. No electricity by the kitchen area and it smelled like smoke. We were promised our rooms by the next morning at 11am but were told that it had to wait until 3pm the day off. Our plans had to change due to their communication issues. We had to wait until Monday to speak to the General Manager, she was lovely; however, we still have not seen what was promised. The experience was not what we expected nor the customer service during the weekend. The location is great and the premises were clean. The Monday/Tuesday staff was wonderful to deal with.

Staff were wonderful and very helpful! It looks like they are staring a remodeling project soon which will help update the hotel.

Learn to treat people with respect and dignity. Also trying to sell $5 bottle waters at check inn knowing that the room already comes with snacks and beverages is a total scam do better please. Definitely wasn't feeling the love smh

Property was dirty, broken table laying out In hallway, walls falling apart, all beds were aso broken they had nothing to replace the bed we had, so eventually left and went to another hotel. Staff was nice and helpful as much as they could.

The room was clean, however, the parking lot had trash. Overall, the stay was great and the staff very helpful.

I thought the hotel is good for the price. Very close to MOA. Staff is mostly friendly. Breakfast is acceptable. I personally find the hotel a bit dark and I didn’t like it. I might not stay here again. The only reason I chose to stay was the kitchen.

I like everything about the property!! Ms. Rhoda was extremely welcoming to me and my daughter. She provided shuttle for us from the airport to the hotel. I wasn’t aware of it and she made sure we were about to utilize that service. I love it❣️

Great stay

It was a fantastic stay at this property. The only thing that was disappointing was that the continental breakfast was only available until 9:30am. It would have been better if it was available until 10am or 10:30am.

There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Needed to ask for hand soap. Overall not clean

The continental breakfast was delicious. The rooms need to be renovated. The couch hide-a-bed was awful. Our 15 year old son has difficulties sleeping because he could only feel the springs. I went to make the bedding and the linens were dirty. There was no way I was going to let him sleep in that. I understand that the rooms only get cleaned every other day. However, when we requested to have our room cleaned, they didn't come. Lastly, be aware that they charge you daily for parking. This wasn't brought to our attention until I received the final bill. In the past, we weren't charged for parking and that's why we picked to stay there, again.
