The room was clean and the staff was so friendly. I would definitely stay again with my family.

They are currently going under some construction, so there’s a lot of people and sometimes some construction noise during the day. However, we were able to get one of the newly renovated rooms and they were beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is close to the mall and close to just about any amenity. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle to the airport and our driver was very kind and very helpful. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

The property itself was great and in a great location. Our room smelled so strong of cologne. It was absolutely miserable- like someone dumped a bottle- or someone sprayed it heavily trying to cover up another smell. We had to try to sleep with windows open- since the windows were open, we couldn’t keep it cool. We didn’t request a room change because we thought we would power through. We didn’t sleep well and I left with an awful headache. I mentioned it to the front desk at checkout but there was no offer for a partial refund.

Close to the Mall of America and the staff are very friendly and professional.

All in all very good. They are right in the middle of a major remodel so there’s some construction dust, but it’s going to be excellent when completed. Best bathroom lighting of any place we have stayed! Great breakfast, nice staff!!

Stayed for 4 nights and not a single housekeeping service was done, we requested it but no one came to atleast take out the garbage. Breakfast was decent, but it was the same food for 4 days,, a little variance would be better.

Superb

The staff was wonderful. We had a nice 2 bdrm suite. Perfect for our 4 person trip. The rooms were clean but the hotel is an older/outdated hotel so you can tell a bit it needs some remodeling. It did the job for the price. We were right across from the mall with a bridge to the entrance right in front. There are a few restaurants right around within walking distance.

Good property in a good location, simple & short walk to the Mall of America and was a short drive to where my daughter played volleyball for the weekend.
