Staff was very accommodating with extra items such as linens, towels, ect. Was informed upfront original room had maintenance issues so was upgraded to a suite. Would stay here again.

Staff and water area were great.

I had called days and hours before checking in that I was requesting a connecting room and that need was not met. The bed sheets was stained which they replaced immediately. The hot tub wasn't working during my stay. The breakfast states contential but it's not a true contential. The mall is within walking distance.

Conveniently located. Comfortable beds.

No hot tub. Have to pay for parking. Pool extra salty. Not warm. Ac in room couldn't keep room cool

The pool and splash area were fantastic! We got a poolside room and didn’t expect to have a little seating area overlooking everything. It was well worth the money. The only downside was the breakfast wasn’t that much.

Hot tub was empty and not working

The staff gave conflicting information and weren’t all that friendly or helpful at times. For instance, we were not told at check-in that the rooms are serviced every 3 days or, you had to call and request. We found out when we returned to the hotel after being out all day and the room was not cleaned. We spoke to the Manager and he said he would take care of it but again, no one showed up to clean! We were able to get towels for our rooms and sign up for the following day. That was the perfect opportunity to tell us their policy but, not a word we inquired again! Communication is horrible!

Hotel was ok. Could have had better staff at the front desk. Asked at check-in if we needed anything else and were told no. Then when swimmingvat the pool was informed we needed wristbands, however security was selective in which people he chose to to bother. There were more people that didn't have wristband than those who did. Rooms were ok. We went with friends and between the 2 rooms things were empty or missing. No cups, shampoo, conditioner, body soap pumps were empty. The continental breakfast was mediocre at best. There are a lot of things that could definitely be improved for the price. Shuttle to and from mall was a plus. Hot tub was out of order, po towels were empty all 3 times we were by the pool.

Everything was amazing except the breakfast. That was a bit of a let down. They offer very small breakfast option but can purchase better options if you choose.

Very clean and amazing stay.

Hot tub was closed when we were there but kids enjoyed the pool. 24/7 shuttle was easy and quick.

My family and I were pleased with the size of the room and the cleanliness. The pool area was perfect for our girls, however, we were not pleased that the hot tub was not available.

Convenient to get to the mall. It was great for our family's visit. The kids loved the pool area. The front desk staff were helpful. The hot tub was down and there was no hot breakfast items.

Front desk didnt speak English and took forever to check in. Nothing states that you have to pay overnight for parking or you will be towed other than the signs in the parking lot upon arrival. Parking is $20 a night. Continental breakfast was a joke. Half stale mini muffins and yogurt. Hot tub was broken and hotel was under construction. Had we known this at all, we would have booked somewhere else. Will not stay here again.

Paid parking. Nice pool for the kids. Only thing is strong chlorine smell. Would stay again.

We found a pair of dirty socks in our room and there was mold in the top corner of the room. The beds need to be updated. Our kids enjoyed themselves in the water park, though and I liked the coffee place in the lobby.

AC broken, leaky toilet, had to move rooms with kids in tow after the first night. We were moved to opposite end of the building from our friends we traveled with. Not a great experience.

Lots of construction during our stay. Hot tub was closed which was disappointing, but the other pools were open and fun for the kids. Additional $10/day parking fee. Okay hotel before the price but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Doing some remodeling so mot everything was available like hot tub, fitness center. Like staying here when going to baseball or football games because easy to catch the blue line train to stadiums.
