Great Location Rooms floor gets wet because of the humidity.

Close to Restaurants They didn’t offer Honey in the Breakfast after my first day The Front Desk never had small Bills to exchange, I had to ask the Fiesta Inn for it. The Front desk area was always warm, no couches to seat. No Insafes in the rooms, No closets either. On my last day, the Cable Tv went out

Windows disgusting The air conditioner is too noisy, and filters are not clean The room gives you a sensation of claustrophobia Thr door to the pool is very little. We couldn't get out with our baby stroller.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The service was very good and meets above expectation The Bed could have better as in other City Express hotels the beds are more soft It would have been better if the Hotel had Resturant and Bar till late night timing

Exceptional

Small room, no wardrobe, no fridge, air conditioner on the floor. With 2 kids and 1 luggage absolutely no place to get through. Breakfast is included and is 4 from 10. Canteen is right at the lobby! All plates, cups, folks are from paper. Omelette, snacks and bread. Not tasty, just to have a meal. Access to the sea is terrible! Need to climb over the rocks with some old sharp pipes! Unacceptable. Overall feeling of 2 star motel.

I was pleased with the front office staff who gave us the key to our rooms. They were very nice, friendly, polite, and PROFESSIONAL. I liked the comfortable beds, room, and the amenities. Our cleaning lady was friendly and sweet and she made sure to leave our room spotless every day. The security guards were also very friendly and polite, they always said hello, good morning or good night, or how was your competition, it was a pleasure to greet them, and they always had nice smiles. My father, my friends, and I stayed for five nights. We were near the Complejo Acuático Leyes De Reforma, where we were participating in the Campeonato Nacional Master de Natación. We could not use the shuttle since we had to reserve it a day before. We all had to use Uber or taxis. We were able to see the sunrise and sunset from the hotel's amazing ocean view. The ladies serving the complimentary breakfast were NOT friendly. Perhaps they were overwhelmed with many of us swimmers and other guests. We were waiting to have some bananas that we could see they had, but at times they brought them outlast :( A breakfast buffet is provided by the hotel free of charge, which includes essential items like coffee, tea, orange juice, bread, fruit, yogurt, and hot plates with scrambled eggs, chilaquiles, and black beans. Having people with service skills would be helpful when working with the public. It always helps to have a nice morning with a smile. A good morning to the guest, a better attitude might help receive a nice tip for the hard work they do as well.

Location Room was freezing from the A/C and when we turned it down it cumulated so much humidity in the room, that the floor was soaking wet. Never experienced that before anywhere.

It’s very comfortable ♥️♥️ Gooooood

Very poor

One elevator was out of order when I was there, there wasn't a bunch of food in the menu they give

Room cleaning was perfect. Breakfast is too expensive at 290 pesos per person, even though the menu is very simple and the same every day. I had heard that cigarettes could be smoked outside, but I didn't think I would have to go out to the street. In any case, considering the price all together, I am not sure if this is a business hotel or a resort hotel that is trying to be a resort hotel.

Room was austere but ok. Location is fine. Ocean view rooms are worth the extra money. Everything seemed clean and the check in process was simple and quick. Not much else to say, really. The beds are reasonably comfortable. Toilet clogged easily and it took forever to get someone (ended up being the parking lot attendant) to come fix it. Parking was not easy. Ended up parking in the empty lot next to the hotel which did not feel safe. I’ve been in other city express hotels and had a decent experience for the price. This time it was terrible. Had a small altercation with a staff member. They were rude and unhelpful.

Great service from all the staff, we were able to store our luggage for the day after checkout, very helpful. Breakfast included, swimming pool was nice, nice and comfy rooms Not excessively expensive, but more aligned to european price standards. Managed to get far cheaper hotels on our road trip with the same type of service and comfort.
