The location is perfect!

The location is great, it has a pool and access to the beach, the restaurant is good. The downside of this hotel is that the beach has very big rocks that ruins the view from where you sit in the beach. The front desk and valet staff were great, but the people that offered drinks in the beach and that were suppose to set the chairs were terrible. The room had a noise every time someone used the elevator.

Easy to find, well located, very comfortable and clean bed. Good restaurants nearby The cleaning products in the room had a very strong scent. The bathroom was dated with mold in the shower. The bar offerings were limited.

Nice customer service!

The service at the bar inside the hotel is really bad. If you want a drink, get ready to find an employee who can take your order.

The beach and pool Few staff at reception and the for check out was too short

Quick beach access, service, staff and location. The parking facilities were inadequate, and there was not enough space to accommodate all guests, resulting in heavy reliance on the valet parking service.

Breakfast, beach It was on construction, smelled so bad, room was horrible, a/c broke in the middle of the night,

Location Facilities need maintenance. Room was not arranged in a comfortable way, it was very noisy, and it trembled in the mornings. Turned on the heater and it smelled really bad

Property Location was really good , good restaurants near by and it’s in city Center. Ocean view was good . Property is really old needs to be renovated, too pricey for the Services they provided , no breakfast, sizes of the double bed is quite small comparatively. Microwave was missing , hotel restaurant closes very soon.

Exceptional

Terrible attitude from Berenice at front desk while checking-in (July 10, 16:52 hours). Trust me Fiesta Inn, the last thing you need after driving almost 8 hours to reach your destination, is to be received by a rude lady who seems to hate her job. Had the chance to talk to Daniel (supervisor) about it; however, this type of details would make me think twice before booking a room with you again.

Location was good, they need more sunbeds, or stop people claiming them with towels, but not using them until midday, despite putting down towels at 8 am, so Mexicans are becoming Germans I guess.Pool was a good size, you have access to the beach via steps, but not directly by the hotel , 100 meters away. Or you could climb over the rocks. Only a small number of rooms with a balcony, we had a window overlooking the pool and sea, buy you can't open it.Cleaning staff did a good job of cleaning room, Bathroom had mold on ceiling. Because of poor ventilation in the bathroom...as a Genius Member I was upgraded to a better room, hate to think what the other would of been like. Price was about 1500 pesos less for 3 nights then Camino real , We wish we had paid the extra.but if price conscious perhaps you can try here.
