The check-in host was wonderful. I don't remember her name, but she speaks Spanish, English, French, and Italian. In our room this time, the shower water didn't drain properly so there was a small pool at our feet.

The location was good. The first room was not clean at all. When we removed the cover from the bed it had hair on it. The floors were also dirty. The pipes also made loud banging noises late at night and early morning. Not a 5 star hotel at all!

The view as well as the pool. The receptionist was nice. It was not that clean, the fridge was dirty and the sofa looked old with stains.

Pool was excellent There was too much noise (loud music) in the room next to mine and the next day there was not water in the bathroom.

We got put on the 9th floor which was awesome! Amazing views. Room had a coffee machine and complimentary water bottles. Also an iron & board, as well as a safe. Location to the beach is perfect. The restaurant was great and perfect views. The refrigerator in the room is only if you pay for bar service which is annoying. Not a fan of the fact the TV turns on automatically when you dock the key. No hair dryer which surprised me, I never asked if they have them upon request though.
