The place is excellent and staff very good for families with young kids ad tje restaurants in tje pool take forever to bring your order The pool os more for kid other than that everything is excellent staff very friendly

The property was very clean and well kept. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable! What we didn’t like was how we paid for breakfast included and it was not all included. There were only 2 sections we were allowed to eat and it was the cold section, so only meat, cheese, fruit and yogurt. We were also allowed to eat on the side with all the bread and pastries. We weren’t allowed to eat any of the hot food such as the omelets, bacon, pancakes etc….. when they said breakfast included we assumed it was all of it. Not certain sections. We were very disappointed.

The pool was awesome, the location and proximity to the beach was also great. The beach was not my favorite but makes sense since it's in a pretty touristy part of town. The staff was super helpful an accommodating. The food was not good. We tried the breakfast, the lunch, and dinner at both restaurants and it was not good. The pool closed pretty early, too. Would be nice if it stayed open longer.

I didn't like that they offer you breakfast, but only if you sign up for membership. I chose this hotel for its location and an inside breakfast restaurant convenience ,so we didn't have to go out and drive around.Their is a catch for breakfast you have to sign up for membership. I don't mind paying for our breakfast.I didn't want to sign membership so we were not allowed to eat breakfast in their restaurant.

Everything!!! Location, pool, beach on site, restaurant has buffets… it has a convenient store and starbucks. Staff is kind at all times!!!! Spa was great! I loved everything!!!

They didn't explain anything just assumed we knew we booked a room that included breakfast and some what dinner ?️ but everything was partially the guy from the pool kept bothering us and asked my parents to leave just because they weren't dressed accordingly but they weren't even in the pool when I went over there to find out what happened he just assumed they were lying and not staying at the hotel I paid a lot of money but definitely I will not be visiting this hotel they have people at the lobby always trying to sell you something not worth the price

I booked two rooms. One was for my parents that was supposed to be handicap accessible. It was the same as any other room and did not have a walk in shower like the description said. Also it was on the 3rd floor.
