Location and beautiful ocean view and front desk staff were very courteous and willing to help as much as they could. The room smelled super bad like urine and then I got a different room. I was told before coming the pool was being renovated but I was not informed that they were renovating almost everywhere including on my floor and in the room right next to me so the noise and chemical fumes were very uncomfortable. The communication was difficult because I don’t speak Spanish. I needed good, safe drinking water but they only provided one bottle a day. I ended up getting sick during this stay.

location Customerservice, cleanliness, price, pool hours- room was not clean, switched to another room this one, we found cockroaches, in the evening. Staff sent someone to spray with Raid, no apology, just an offer to switch rooms again! Desk chair in room had 2 missing wheels. Mattress overly soft. And for this room we paid 3000 pesos. Pool closes too early, staff ignores you, but they do come and tell you to leave when they’re closing.

Great pool, service is good, very good location. No breakfast included for 13 years old son and for my daugther 10 years, only a discount coupon. If we are requesting a room for 4 people, and I specified the ages, the expeced was a breakfast for all of us.

The room was not clean. There were cocroaches in the room, disgusting. The bathroom had mold and the lamp were rooted. I took photos. They would not change rooms unless we payM---XN per night and would not refund the money. It is unacceptable.
