The location compensates a everything else The elevator was slow, room’s key didn’t always work. the water in bathrooms sink was gone from time to time.

Hotel not well designed. A small breakfast room did not allow to have breakfast at the hotel on Sunday because of the large number of customers waiting in line.

the Room dos e and Cleaness I booked the Holiday Inn at the app . the main building , not the backyard. Poor customer service !!, Very noisy !! No hot water at my room . No phone . Had to call several times the front desk to tell the neigh ours to keep silence way Inyo the night .

I was booked into Holiday Inn Express, next door, but it wasn't being used, probably due to lack of visitors at present, so I was given a room in Holiday Inn adjacent. Displayed room rates show this as a more expensive hotel. The room was large, and clean, shower was hot, and it was quiet. This is an old hotel, and had once probably been very nice, so I was surprised that the curtain linings had holes, there was no safe and no hairdryer. It is very far from central Veracruz. Needs updating, but due to current covid situation that isn't likely to happen.

the location only one elevator was working during Christmas, so the hotel was full, and several people was using the emergency stairs…

Everything in the property was a breeze, they moved us to the other one across the parking lot because of the pandemic, but that one is even better. The food is great, beds, linens and sheets are great The guy in the front desk is really bitter, he was mad all the time, maybe he had a bad day that day
