Breakfast was more than expected. Good valie!

Locations, small hotel with a sea view Nothing

Excellent staff attended to my every request- front desk, bellhop, room service, breakfast. Really could not find better and more attentive staff anywhere. My go to place in Veracruz for every visit. Free parking included which is rare for Mexico. Restaurants and casino downstairs. If you haven’t discovered you’re missing out.

Wonder Location, the rooms were pretty decent in size and clean. Breakfast was average with limited options. The lifts are a bit confusing because they share the lift with the mall.

Not much. Halls rugs soiled. Mold in shower. No cup or glass in room for water to brush teeth. No fridge. Room was sparse and tired. Elevator floor indicated the wrong floor but that was the floor to our unit. We had an ocean view and balcony that the birds had enjoyed pooping over every thing on the balcony. A tired hotel. Look for better.

didnt know about parking garages and where to park at first. hard to find hotel. had to use stairs alot. one elevator, very confusing how to use elevator and how to get to room. usually just took stairs, some stairs just kept going with no exits

Staff was very friendly and competent . The breakfast was delicious The pool is gorgeous, clean The price was good The elevators broke down during the stay twice. Some signs in English and Spanish would be helpful More English speaking staff would be nice. Lobby and restaurant were quite warm, a little more air conditioning would be more comfortable. People get taxis in the garage levels—-a bench would be wonderful while waiting. Many places needed paint or repair

Only the location of Hotel Staff do not speak any other language, breakfast is really poor and the same all week long No good shampoo in the bathroom and no slippers in the wardrobes

The hotel staff were exceptional. The location is fantastic. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Free parking on site. No complaints whatsoever.

Location, very clean. Elevators were a mess. Getting into the property for the first time is also a problem. They won’t give you more than 1 towel per person.

The service, the rooms and the shower was very nice. The entrance was a little difficult to find, since we don’t know the area. One of the elevators was broken and it took too long to get the other since there were a lot of people.

A little outdated. No big deal

I like everything about this hotel. Staff are competent and friendly. Ocean view from our private patio was refreshing after a long, hot day. Full breakfast with reasonable options started our day right Only one elevator worked, so there was a lot of waiting.
