Don't have hot water at most of the rooms , I booked 6 rooms. One of the toilet tank water won't work.

I stay there for one night everything was good in till I had to take a shower no hot water I went to the office and told the staff she say leave the hot water running for 10 to 20 minutes. I did that nothing still no hot water I go down to the office again told her the something she goes and check. I want to see what the problem was she say there's no gas. So I decided to wait 11:30 am. still no hot water i didn't take a shower that why am giving poor review.

The location area . The parking lot & replacing those old style door key handles. Hard to open your room , took me to 3 to 5 min to umlock or lock it. Irritating
