We have stayed for the whole week and enjoyed every minute. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the ceilings are high and beds super comfy. The staff is absolutely lovely and always available. Ladies at reception are so kind and helpful. We will definitely be returning in future. The sea in front of the hotel in very swimmable and water is clean. We have also enjoyed our walks on the beach. Veracruz and the resort is a treasure and hope it stays as a little secret ? There are no negatives about the hotel at all. Something that is not hotel related but worth mentioning is that if you love seafood you will enjoy your stay even more as hotel is attached to Villa Rica. However if you are not into seafood you will have to venture out as there is nothing nearby food outlets wise. It wasn’t a problem for us.

The location right on the beach was nice. The rooms were very comfortable and had the amenities I wanted. The desk staff were very helpful. The breakfasts were exceptional. Had to take taxi to get to other nice dinner restaurants.
