Everything was great for a nice comfortable small hotel with an adult and Kiddie Pool, restaurant and billards room. Parking is limited, if you park in main lot on the back road there are alot of steps to get to the hotel front desk. If you park in the front main street spots at the same level as the front desk there is limited visibility pulling out, use caution.

We got a family suite with 1 room and 4 beds. It was clean and very comfortable for all of us. My kids love the kids pool with the slide. It’s also close to the beach and the area feels secluded yet closed to everything. There’s no elevator so there are a few stairs to go up and down.

First night my flight was cancelled due to airline, called to let hotel know and they would not credit me for the night even though it wasn’t my fault. Overpriced and water from shower leaked all over the floor. Rooms need updating.

The pools were great and you can relax there although you’re in the city. It was quite cheap and if you don’t need great standards, it’s fine. The whole place was quite run down and needs some refurbishing.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Even tho my Spanish is horrible, they managed to help me with what I asked for. The room I stayed in had a balcony towards the pool and the overall quality was really good. The pool area is beautiful the property was very clean. I would definitely stay here again

Staff was friendly and courteous. The conditions of the room were quite short. Ona curtain panel for a large window which required two. I requested help with it as privacy and glare were a discomfort I didn't want. Help was offer as to place a chair to amend the issue. That was not my expected solution for it. Although, help was offered to repair the issue. But at a later time. My expectations are: YOU GET WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR without expecting quick fixes at all!!!
