Big king sizes beds and the room were huge! The location was safe and near the beach ! Needs to do better on dusting the curtains, needs to have better cleaning on the bed mattress cover, and needs new sinks base ! I don’t see bed bugs at all like google review said I was very cautious on this but when I got there, there were no bedbugs. I’m glad they got rid of them before I got there ! Overall I’d was comfortable and looks like they are ready to turn it into a hotel instead of a motel ! I paid $100 a night which is pricey for a motel but guess it’s because it’s near a beach and it’s the closest to south Miami Beach and the cheapest you can get on the price to be that close to South Miami Beach and the beach right next to the hotel

Location The machine at the lobby charged me $15 for 1 bottle of water, but it did not have a cost prior to purchase. I asked the staff and was told it would cost $3 after looking at the charges I was billed $15.

I thought it was on the ocean. Other than thst it was close to where I took my training The name zbocs by the sea hotel implied it was on the ocean

Somewhat decent. They have termites in the room and bathroom.

People smoking at the hotel and the staff doesn’t do anything about it. Not well kept place and our fridge breaking down. No water pressure in shower.

Everything is like the photos, I was very impressed how neat the inside was. Maybe that there isn’t an elevator, but if there was one I didn’t check around

It was a great experience, the staff were very professional, but not sure why they don't serve breakfast anymore.

The first room assigned had a toilet that was not sealed to the floor. The room was then changed to a different one. This place is more like a motel with weekly/monthly tenants. Would not recommend or stay at again.

They need to replace the sitting chairs in the room or get them cleaned. They were dirty.
