We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The updated room was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. It is also located in a perfect spot close to everything. I highly recommend staying here!

Overall a clean room. Only thing is Shower temperature was difficult to regulate. Modern decor friendly staff and great atmosphere. Loved that restaurants and amenities close by!

Terrible! La experiencia aquí fue terrible desde que llegué. Reserve habitación de Luxe y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que solo tenian habitaciones sencillas y debíamos aceptarlo, pues no teníamos otra opción. El área de piscina terrible, el Restaurante Sonrisa nada q ver 🙄 los cócteles horribles, el Filet Mignon asqueroso, toda mi comida terminó en la basura. DEFINITIVAMENTE NO REGRESARÉ A ESTE HOTEL NUNCA

Very good location many walking distance options for food and shopping

The hotel looks so well maintained that I thought it opened recently. The room was spacious and beautiful. Bar and restaurant in the hotel are very good. Not at walkable distance but a few minutes from the Town Center Shopping Mall and the downtown area.

Clean room, staff friendly & courteous, breakfast was excellent, lots of parking available.

Everyone and everything was wonderful! Staff very friendly and helpful! Food was great and lots of places to go and see within walking distance!

Room did not have a clock. Did not have a microwave. Brunch was over priced. Eggs were lukewarm, danish the size of a silver dollar.And only one employee to help.

Parking was very convenient . The room was clean and the food at the restaurant was very good. Would recommend for a relaxing worry free stay.

Great location. Got in late and left early

This was one of the nicest stays I can remember. Room was spacious and cozy, great view, everything spic & span, great shower heads too! Staff were super friendly and helpful and present at all times. Pool and whirlpool were immaculate. Breakfast was great. This was as good as a stay at a five star property!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the property is well kept and updated. Would definitely stay here again.

Only negative was the bed was hard. Other than that excellent.
