Our go to hotel in Boca.

The hotel is outdated and plumbing was a problem. The AC rattled all night and made rest difficult. An overhaul of this facility would do it good.

Last time I stayed there the toilet didn't flush sometimes and needed extra help. This time the faucet kept running a bit when you turned it off. Doesn't have a continental breakfast, it's extra and it was hard finding someone to help. Person was too busy helping guests check in and out, ect. at the front desk. Some minor things, but overall a nice hotel.

The facility was clean, smelled pleasant (not like cleaning supplies), and the young lady at check in was amazing.

My stay at Sonesta was OK, my check-in was great. when I got to my room, the room was a little outdated (dull) compared to the pictures on Expedia. The rooms need a little fresh new look but overall, my stay was good.

Everything’s great for a decently priced single room for 3 nights; location’s great for being next to Town Center Boca Raton. However, house keeping does not change trash, does not change bed linens and does not provide new towels unless asked at front desk. Front desk receptionist said their policy is that housekeeping changes linen, towels and takes out trash once a week during a guests’ stay. So we did not have our bed linen changed and trash bags were taken out but did not replace them within that 3 day stay. Other than that, fair hotel
