Otherwise, everything else was good. However, I was extremely disappointed with the bartender at the pool. She was quite rude and overcharged me $12 for a drink, which was $8. The manager had to come over to void the charge, but I waited 25 minutes and the manager never came out. The bartender then tried to give me another drink to make up for the difference, but I was still overcharged. I paid cash and was charged $26 for one drink, which was still incorrect. Unfortunately, I was very unhappy with the service at the “Meat Market.” This is not a place I would recommend to hotel guests, and I will definitely not be returning to that restaurant.

Maintenance is falling way out of expectation for the brand and price. The HVAC was loud and the bathroom was severely in need of care.

The best thing about the property was the pool area, which is really beautiful. There are lots of chairs and tables outside and an open bar which unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy because of my schedule there. I hope to come back. Nothing -- the outside of the building and the lobby look like a basic hotel but the rooms are lovely and spacious, and the pool area is definitely worth enjoying

Repeated calls for assistance from Engineers produced NO response for more than one hour. I was unable to shower and had to wash using the sink. Very frustrating and a bad start to the day. VERY UNHAPPY with this experience.
