The carpets in the rooms are horrible and nasty all the cabinets from the fridge to the closet fall off the hinges and the bathroom and shower are disgusting. I had no choice but to stay there because where I normally stay was booked but i definitely won’t be back. Please update your property. And maybe tell your housekeeping not to yell I. The hallways talking to each other.

The staff was amazing! Location amazing! The hotel looks a little dated, starting with the hallways of the rooms, with scuff marks on the walls and doors of each room.

From oatmeal to French toast strips, biscuits and gravy scrambled eggs pancakes cereal for the kids oatmeal with fruit coffee everything you need Occasionally guests would be loud in the hallways in the wee hours. When family and I were sleeping? That was annoying but not the hotel's fault.

Whenever we visit Boca we stay at the Hyatt downtown and always have an excellent experience. We love the on site parking and great location with many outstanding restaurants within walking distance. A favorite part of our stay is the great breakfast with excellent service we receive each morning!

The room was good and very clean. The hotel was under renovation so some facilities were not available e.g., the gym and I wasn't told this at the time of booking as this was important to me.

The lobby was pretty There was a lot of construction going on that we were not warned about. The elevators needed some work. Our room had a lot of damaged cabinets and the couch had several stains on it.
