Very good

As for the Views from balcony Beautiful!! The pool area was nice and bartender was very nice. Our room on the other hand smelled so bad we needed to keep the door open most of the stay. There is no indoor area to eat or do some work in the morning/ outside use only and for August it is brutal. Monday's and Tuesday's the outdoor eating is closed which is so bizarre! You have all these people staying at your place and they can't use it??? In the morning the coffee selection was not good either. I would not recommend this place again sorry :(

Wasn't a fan of the pool view. You eithet looked at and overpass or the building. It was fine just would prefer a better view from my room and the pool.

Location Overall service

We loved the location and our beautiful room with views of the ocean and the pool. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed both restaurants—the food was delicious, and the Japanese restaurant was especially elegant with excellent service. We also appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The surrounding areas and parks were beautiful as well. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed everything about our stay.

There is limited paid parking. Valet misrepresented the daily charge after check-in point of no return. Upon checkout, there was no water in the unit, check out was easy, yet the attendant over expressed his appreciation of our stay to a point of absurdity with no genuine emotion or eye contact.

Exceptional

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is perfectly located on the marina, with beautiful views and the ocean just a two-minute walk away. Our room was always spotless, and every single person who worked there, including the staff behind the scenes, worked together like a well-oiled machine. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Coffee was available downstairs for a few hours every morning, and water was available throughout the day. Breakfast was delicious, and they were very accommodating with our food allergies. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again!

We love the location!

On first arrival we met receptionist Dejeuna I think that was her name, really professional, helpful and courteous on changing room. Unfortunately we didn’t see her again and Antony served me and my wife with such abruptness, looking at his phone and taking a call while serving me as we extended our stay. Also another lady who served mainly in the evening wasn’t particularly approachable with matter of fact service without eye contact.

Comments the manager called my room at almost 10:00’pm to ask if they could send house keeping , I was already asleep and said no I Gabe photos, then after 10:00 a maintenance man bangs on my door and ask to check something ?? I said no This property is in an amazing location and has soo much potential but it needs a lot of help / I will not stay here again

The employees are unhelpful. The restaurant sat us and an hour later told up they were not taking and more food or drink orders. Could have said that before they sat us and wasted an hour of our time. We walk to the Japanese restaurant next door, and had no problems.
