I booked for the wrong days by mistake (my company frequently stays at this hotel). I was hoping that the hotel would be accommodating and refund me partially for my no show but they were not able to. Very disappointing.

Have more staff in the restaurants. Have another flow rider and more than 1 person working it. A 20 mins ride might get you down it 4 times, if you are not a little kid.

It was a little confusing to navigate this property. It also took about 10 min for the water in the shower to heat up.
