bar work and drinks assortment was ok. very poor breakfast, starting from food quality to their look though the price was quite high. It's not really Turkish style. The staff was not positive, kind of neutral.

Erdem and his team were great hosts Very helpful throughout our stay and couldn’t recommend more. Location was perfect, away from the strip, and the beach bars were at the bottom of the road. Everything was great.

Location Staff Cleanliness, dirty sheets, floor not mopped just brushed lightly, hair in the bathroom. Food - the hotel is trying its best but its very poor. Bread not fresh, no fruits except for watermelon and some unripe apricot and this is summer in Turkey! Pancakes cooked in the same surface as eggs, terrible. Flies are everywhere. Butter scooped and placed in iced water, nothing pre packaged. Poor selection of mezzeh. You just lose your appetite. Food is not labelled. Some terrible stews and one type of grill. Nothing looks or tastes fresh. AC - in the room its hardly working (very old model, noisy and insufficient cooling) and only 1 key per room so if you leave the room you are unable to keep AC on. Common area which is basically only reception has one portable AC, all the facilities outdoors so its very hot. Beach - stray dogs and cats on the tiny beach, sunbeds very close to each other. Loud music comes from nearby clubs and hotels, all stuck next to each other on the beach. Thank God the water is clean. Dirty diapers and other debris on the beach as no cleaners come during the day; only towards the end of the day. Clean beach towels can be collected from the reception only from 11 till 1pm so if you want to come to the beach earlier you dont have towels.

Options very limited on drinks - understand no premium due to price paid but no option to buy anything for extra cost except for at beach bar. No whiskey, no rum, no cider.

there was nothing that I could like or recommend, overall a terrible place with worst experience ever. Oh WOW, OMG – run away from this place and never come back. AVOID at all. My recent all-inclusive stay was a complete disaster, an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and I feel compelled to warn others to stay far, far away. I am in disbelief how it has received anything above a 1-star review. Rooms reeked of mold and mildew, making it impossible to enjoy a comfortable stay. Limited Wi-Fi was a luxury only available in the lobby, with no signal in our rooms. The food was an assault on the taste buds, predominantly serving Eastern European and Russian dishes with minimal meat options. Making it feel like it was the cheapest possible menu. The quality of the food was subpar, with no authentic kebab or Turkish dishes, during our 10 days holiday in 2023. The same food items was being rotated multiple times from breakfast, lunch, to dinner for days, while also left exposed to the heat in an open dining area overrun by flies carrying diseases. The lack of variety was astonishing, featuring potatoes, pickled peppers, eggs, artificial ham, cabbage, and the like. Rarely grilled chicken or fish that smelled terrible. Reception staff, particularly the blond employee, exhibited rude behaviour. To make matters worse, a significant number of guests (90%), including my kids and whole family, suffered from severe food poisoning with diarrhoea, vomiting symptoms. The hotel premises exuded filth and neglect, especially toilets close to the dining area bringing fragrance to the tables. You are what you eat. The swimming pools were overpowering with stench of chlorine, making them far from enjoyable if not dangerous to say the least. Large trash bins positioned alongside the alley leading towards the beach added an off-putting smell, not suitable for kids or anyone seeking a pleasant beach experience. An overcrowded beach strip (also shared with hotels nearby) had a shortage of sunbeds and a lack of sandy areas while sea water has dark grey and rusty colour.

Friendly stuff, nice beach and pool facilities Cleaning of the room, all they done , just changing towels 2 times for 5 days stay and change garbage. Also , we got sick , stomach flu, never seen stuff cleaning tables between guests .

The location is near the beach, the pool was lovely Reception wasn’t helpful and none of the staff spoke any English, rooms were basic and bed was very uncomfortable, no working safe in the room, restaurant was the worst horrible food and full of flies no way near a 4 star

Only the location The dirty room, dirty bathroom, dirty bed sheets,the safety box was not working,the telephone of the reception was not working, the quality of the drinks was very bad, the food was very poor and no many options, the staff on the buffet were very rude no body knows english.

The food was more like hostel type we had a Diarrhoea the whole week. My child had a literally poor her self for not managing to run to the room. Stuff were so rude as they were shouting on last day where my wrist band was and I was denied the entry to the hotel. My wrist band had come off due to the swimming in the sea and at 4 am I could not sleep due to the poor condition of the hotel bed and worries about our health with food which completely ruined our holiday. So I left to walk at night for little and when entering the premises I was shouted at and denied entry. I asked to check me on system to verify me but they had no human understanding and kept shouting and stating is hotel policy. I explained that band had come off and just check on your system who I am and showed him the keys. He replied we have pimps and drug dealers coming to the hotel. Comparing me to them was just outrageous. I had explained I went far a walk as I have trouble falling asleep, receptionist replied is not my problem is your problem. I mean this was just like prison feeling to be honest as I was completely afraid that they will call police and deny entry so I kept apologising the whole time from being scared. The hotel guest also complained on numerous occasions that food is giving them a poison please check the dates and ask a others who stayed there the story of my will be the same as theirs. Also, this was advertised as pick up and drop of to the airport which they have denied. Nothing at all. Only how close it was to the beach that’s it. Bed and mattrass was very bad and food and service was just awful.
