Amazing experience; great welcoming host and helpful staff The area around the hotel is not that wow if you expect nice restaurants- they’re a little far. The food for dinner in the hotel restaurant wasn’t that great

Great location From day one we had problems in the room: The AC was licking and wet all my clothes, they wanted to charge us twice at the beach, plus paying the sunbeds, even thought we were guest in house. We called 3 times for teeth brush, and no one came, we had to go to the reception to ask for it. No shower gel as well in the room on the day we check in. Second day, the service also isn’t up to standards, they don’t treat you as a guest, and when you want to make a request to the restaurant manager, he tells you that you need to gain the staff confidence to get what you want, what does it mean? They charge us the expresso at the breakfast that is included in the room. Nothing on the breakfast buffet is labeled, no food names, no allergies. When they clean the room, they don’t change the bedsheet. We left the dirty towels and on the room terrace, and they put it back in the bathroom. The pool is dirty. At the restaurant, I ordered beet and goat cheese salad and it comes without the beets. My husband ordered a squid ink pasta, and the pasta came white. They charge you drinks on the beach that you didn’t take. It’s a tourist trap and they just want to get the people money, they don’t care about guest experience and customer service. I do not recommend this hotel, it is not a 4 stars. The pictures are nice but the hotel and the people inside and isn’t. No one works genuinely.

Decent hotel but bit pricey

The beach Dirty premisses, resort in urgent need of maintenance and repairs, flyes in the food at breakfast; dirty mattress with no any protection; not cotton sheets at all, broken coffee machine; must pay for fried eggs at breakfast; toilet with running water for 24 hours; room smaller than we paid for…no seaview at all

Well the beach and surrounding was good Dirty premisses with dirty mattress, flees in bed toilet with running water for 24 hours that we ask many many times to fixed but no one appeared to repair, as well the broken lock main door as well the balcony door. Breakfast very poor, if we ask for fried eggs or omelette we need to pay extra, as well as expresso coffee or any other food that is normal in a buffet breakfast to have.

Location Needs more cleaning and maintenance.

The rooms are clean, the showers are good and the bed is comfy! The staff were accommodating and sitting on the beach front jetty having dinner was lovely! Both my sister and I got food poisoning (and disgnosed gastroenteritis) from the hotel restaurant. They did give us a discount off our final tab, but that doesn't really make up for having spent 5 days of our weeks holiday in the hotel room on the toilet! The pool is alot smaller than it looks in the photos and at the weekend, the beach bar is overrun by outside guests and it's difficult to get a sun lounger - a bit frustrating as a paying hotel guest! The breakfast was a bit disappointing, in that you weren't able to get your own drinks - you had to wait to be served a trolley of limited choices.

The breakfasts were very varied and interesting. There was lots of choice and you were allowed to go up countless times. Nothing.

Great pool and lounging facilities Bathroom needed more attention - there was mould around the shower and still stickers left on the toilet bowl.

The bedrooms were gorgeous, the beach club was perfect and there was plenty of sunbeds so no rush! Nothing, everything was perfect

The staff was down to earth and friendly. The breakfast was extensive, the beach area was great and noticeably better than some neighboring hotels. I also enjoyed the hookah. The beach menu was fair Tip is included in the check but a server told me that none of it goes to him. I am unsure if he meant that it’s shared or was being dishonest but either way, I didn’t know what to do with that information

Clean, very accommodating and the manager and front desk are so understanding and compassionate. My mother was having dental treatment done, and they were so understanding and allowed us to keep our room for late checkout at no additional charge. I would definitely recommend for anyone travelling to bodrum whether as a couple or a group
