There is so many positive comments I could make about this place. From the very entrance to every passing moment each member of the hotel made our stay memorable. All the people working at the resort have hearts of gold. The concierge and front desk provided and assisted me with my every need. Breakfast was amazing and made extra special because of cansell and fatima (their personality and character is unparalleled) Sami and Efe kindness and welcoming nature made us feel at home. Location was fantastic! Clear blue water, perfect little spots to just kick back and relax. Highly recommend this resort to anyone going to bodrum ! Unfortunately there is one person whose name has slipped my mind. ( the lovely lady who cleaned my room ) me and my wife noticed the extra touch she puts into her work. A humble request for the resort to reward her for her dedication and work ethic.

Comfortable resort AC wasn’t working for 1 out of 2 nights and was blowing hot air and nothing was done about it, wasn’t fixed and we weren’t compensated

The rooms were great, clean and the view was amazing! Bedsheets were amazing, soft and clean! The service was amazing, staff was super friendly! One little comment is that towels could be renewed.

The friendliness and approach of the staff. Their attention to detail, or assisting in any personal matter they might help with. In my case, missing luggage, bookings for restaurants or Spa, and transportation Everything on site was marginally more than expected, cost wise. But not enough to ruin our stay. Expected added cost for such a location and fabulous resort, but not as much as we found. Meals, drinks, mini bar, Spa treatments, all top Quality, but again, just marginally more than expected. Again, not enough to ruin or thinking about. An absolute Spectaular week, with amazing memories!

The beach was the only nice thing We took 2 rooms, both these 2 rooms on the first day we slept there the electricity and air conditioning kept going on and off, not only once or twice but many times. We called them the first time and said someone will come help but no one showed up until I called again very angry that they did something. They did not fix anything they just turned off the electricity from the two rooms so it can stop from turning off and on, mind you this made us sleep without any air conditioning on. The next morning we had to call them (again) to open the electricity back up and send someone because no one remembered or cared about our problem. In general I don’t and won’t recommend anyone there and definitely won’t repeat this experience.

no need for a golf car to reach the beach or anything , most five star hotels in bodrum are massive . I loved the art pieces in the hotel , and food is very delicious. Low ceiling at entrance of hotel
