I booked a see view room but They try to persuade me with another room with a terrace view in ground floor then the manager offer me a room on the first floor which was as 5 star hotel is very small specially the bathroom , Location is far from everything yalkivak is 45 minutes airport also and nothing near the hotel also the road is difficult . Concierge don’t have full information they just tell you to barcode everything or they gave your number the the third party A 5 star hotel and they don’t have any adapters for the electricity

the prices are quite high, and the food was really disappointing. The bar service wasn’t great either, and the drinks were of poor quality and not prepared properly.

Everything was perfect the staff all of them are very professional and helpful specially gan in the reception and Muco in the peach the location is perfect the food was fantastic and there is a variety of different kinds the room is very clean and comfortable the room service is very helpful the view is amazing really I love everything in this hotel many thanks to them Nothing

Actually all words are not enough to describe how this hotel is amazing, starting from the moment you get in there you feel welcomed and encouraged to enjoy. The most I like is the staff attitude they were all helpful and friendly. Thanks to everyone. The one thing that we actually all agreed on it was the quality of food. It’s not bad, but it could better I noticed that they repeat the same menu every day and there was no variety in the food. I would recommend to give the menu some international menu options.

The entire facility was beautiful and one of the main highlights for us was the variety of food in the buffet. The service from some of the staff was quite slow. We frequently had to call 2-3 times to request items.
