location Staff especially Mr. Engine he was so nice and cooperative Below level of 5 star Rooms so small , too hot . One elevator only , our rooms in external extension need to carry bags on the stair They gave us one room not yet complete electrical work all plugs are not available TV not connected and we refused to accommodate in and we ask to change the room . Swimming pool is very cold Cats every where even in the dining rooms under our leg when we eat Trees in middle of rooms core door make a lot of mosquitoes during night Air condition not working in spite of many complains to the reception and they inform the electrical engineer but still not working they just renew the building and it seems that they have a problem in electricity House keeper not cleaning the room good , no change towel I could not tolerate more than 48 hrs and I checked out and changed the hotel.

Its location The staff were super suspicious because we didn’t have the all inclusive option, as we were staying only one night before moving on to Kos. They are not setup for guests who don’t want all inclusive. The staff can’t handle it and you have to got to reception to report every drink you have so that they can add it to your bill. We were followed around by two teenage staff so that they could make sure we didn’t try to take any food or drink that we were not entitled to. Which is a nice segue into the the quality of the food and drink. The drinks on offer are aweful, watery, bland and indistinct, the food I would not feed to the multitude of street dogs across the country. The cheese at the buffet was dried and horrid, as was the majority of the offering.We were convinced to upgrade to all inclusive as we were told that the 100 euros to upgrade would wipe off the 6 drinks that the four of us had ordered. Upon checkout they chased me for 1500 Turkish lira, which they quickly wiped off once they had realised the situation. The pool looked like human soup. Upon arrival the female receptionist was cold and unwelcoming. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the location. However I would avoid this hotel like Ebola. Many more places to stay with better standards in this area. Hope that this review helps you save money, have a better holiday and helps you to avoid disappointment.

Amazing vaccation in this hotel

Fortunately I wasn’t all inclusive as the breakfast was discusting

The lobby use to have windows that would open wide to allow air flow. They replaced the old windows with cheap picture windows that doesn’t open. How stupid the MAIN LOBBY is hot humid and smells stuffy. It’s so hot in the middle of July it was awful.

Me and my friend had a lovely time over there. Fantastic hotel. Excellent customer service. We are going back again soon.

Hotel Buffet and Staff were very friendly and helpful Great location of a single traveller

Breakfast was very nice, but lunches and dinner choices weren’t as good as last year.

Staff young and disinterested

Mucahit at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind! Our ferry ( & all others) was cancelled due to high winds. He helped to secure bookings for the next day on another ferry line. So grateful to him!

The view was 5 star and the location The food was terrible for an all inclusive hotel. We had to eat out every night.The first room we was shown had damp patch across one wall. The 2nd Room the air conditioning was none existent and wasn't cleaned properly .The staff were miserable it wasn't until the 3rd day off our stay that we were asked if we wanted a drink.

stuff was good, but hotel itself is horrible. I have no idea how that place was given 5 stars. in my opinion this is worst e star yoke. rooms r all broken and dated. no AC. I changed room, but still was no AC. it does turn on. but jut making noise. wardrobe door was broken and nearly fell on my little daughter. safe battery died while was close, so had to del with that too.

breakfast, if you like eggs then thats ok , not a good selection of english food geared up for turkish people beds are as hard as rock as are pillows,

The food was very good, The rest of the hotel was NOT at all 5-Star as advertised. Room service was non-existing. Internet was Poor. Cleanliness of rooms had to be asked? Some simple food items were good but - staff was reluctant to give and had to sk. Pool was too small for the Hotel and was never able to get a bed. Saloon was too expensive - hence did not use any other facilities like spa or massage. Hotel double charged to book a simple tour? The service trollies were all over in the corridors and dirty. Nothing like a 5-Star hotel. Bathrooms were were very poorly equipped - shower water always made pool on the bathroom floor - making it dangerous - Refrigerators for the mini-bar barely worked -hence NO cold drinks in the room.. Requests to have the refrigerator changed - met with NO answer ?? - Dining room had no cold water or ice - had to request for ice and were given in small quantities... Food was good and staff cordial, but poorly trained for 5-Star hotel. Facilities were limited - but staff put on a brave face..

the air condition in the rooms are not good - although we were told that it is in good condition but system did not work properly cool down the room. Other thing was the beach towel service - I spent waiting for towels at the swimming pool deck (3) 45 min telling us in 5 min and 5 min but couldn’t get a towel - apparently were washing but never arrived on time, it is not blaming the guy in charge but he cannot resolved it.

Location Staff No aircon, we know it’s not the staffs fault by management should be fired…this is not a 5 star facility. Room gets cleaned and no towels are left ??‍♂️

Location excellent. Most staff unfriendly. Check in process not great. Great was helpful.
