The photos don’t do it justice. The pool is large full of life and the furnishings are all very Tuscan. There is a beautiful lemon tree and the breakfast is intimate and nourishing. If you’re looking to feel at home in Bodrum, this is it!

Nice breakfast! Beautiful pool, though we didn’t get in. Room located in the home, so you are walking through their living space.

If we could score more we would! Fabulous couple, fabulous Villa, excellent breakfast, everything about it was fantastic they couldn't do enough for us. 100 percent perfect! There wasn't anything we didn't like.

First and foremost the hosts were very welcoming friendly and made our trip a lot easier. The property location is perfectly situated close to the marina and attractions. Their breakfast is amazing served with exceptional views of the marina.

Everything was amazing. A beautiful guesthouse with all the amenities and the perfect amount between privacy and communication with the hosts. Guests were absolutely lovely and the breakfast with a view a treat!! Great swimming pool area and rooftop terrace too!!

The view from the breakfast table was amazing, and the traditional Turkish breakfast was superb. The hosts were absolutely fantastic.

View, comfort, delish breakfasts, walking accessibility; though it was up a series of steep, short hills, we had no problem walking to-from the property. The hosts went “the extra mile” to help us with a few unique concerns, like printing important documents. Cigarette smoke.

The place itself is beautiful and picturesque, the view was breathtaking day and night, the comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, hosts kindly adapted to our schedule whether it was for breakfast or late night arrival/departure. Location was great, so close to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Owners of this villa!!! They did everything for us to stay comfortable! Also they are taking care too much about their house, each single detail well decorated and cleaned and treated well! They are putting all their hearts to host you well! Big appreciation to them! We were keep extending our stay there more and more and we will highly recommend it to all our friends! Beautiful and very well taken care of villa with all the amenities you may need. The view from the pool and the terrace is breathtaking. But most importantly, the hosts are simply amazing. Mr.Haldun and his wife are very welcoming, kind and always willing to help (from recommendations to ordering a taxi). One of the best stays!

It’s a beautiful villa in an excellent location in Yalikavak. We could walk to the beach in the mornings and to the restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs in the evening. It’s a nice 20 min walk to the beautiful Yalikavak Marina as well. The owners Haldun bey and Mine hanim make you feel like you are someone from family visiting them. Very good, healthy breakfast, a nice large swimming pool, clean, bright rooms, far from the crowd but in a waking distance from the center location, 20 out of 10!
