What truly made our holiday special was the amazing staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their dedication to ensuring guests have a great experience really stood out. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. I was influenced by the review regarding the location of the hotel. It was great 5 mins from the city. Thats the only positive note about the hotel. Hygiene is zero. Buffet area very dirty (i understand the other reviews about food poisoning) Ihad boiled eggs once then only ate outside the hotel Plates and tea cups very dirty and does not want to make you eat/ drink Cats everywhere- some where injured with blood stain on the body and face and sitting next to you while you are trying to eat When i checked in to my room- hair on the mirror and the sink area. The remote control for both AC and TV was not working. Some staff were amazing but some not welcoming at all!

Beach front Location Proximity to Bodrum Center and key attractions Staff friendliness especially Mr Ekrem at reception Loud music from the bar at night that ruins the tranquility of the place. Definitely not a relaxing oasis. The place is overrun with cats that jump on dining tables Dogs howling at night, lights from adjoining buildings in the resort that remain on throughout the night and shouting drunken revellers at night (not the hotel's fault) make sleeping with windows open and no A/C practically impossible. The food is hit and miss. Definitely not 5 star quality but broadly in line with the hotel's below average daily rate. Guests piling the plates high with food without any consideration to other guests.

There were really too many cats around the hotel honestly, they were everywhere. There were also two dogs freely walking around the property. The food was tasteless and quite disappointing. To be honest, this hotel is only worth choosing for its good location; apart from that, I wouldnt recommend it.

Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly (one guy at the desk was very rude). Nice pool. Nice stretch of water to swim in, with a pebble/sand area near the ocean entrance. Comfortable room (except they cut the power to air conditioning when you leave the room). The drinks, especially the wine was very disappointing. I guess I should plan on paying extra for higher quality. Real coffee (not instant) would be a nice alternative. Thanks.

I like the environment. The rooms need big upgrades for a 5 stars hotel.

The staff was kind that’s all. The room comfort was below expectations. Although the furniture appeared to be modern, it was neither clean nor comfortable. Cleanliness overall was an issue, I had pointed it out several times during the stay, but unfortunately, nothing changed. The food quality was poor, and unfortunately, it caused food poisoning for some of my family members, which was very concerning. There were also insects present in many areas of the hotel. Considering the price, the experience didn’t feel worth it. It’s honestly surprising that this hotel is rated as five stars.

Very clean, great staff, comfy beds, ac! I took my 19 & 17 yr old kids. The pool and sea vibe was relaxing, fun with DJ and music, ping pong tables, nightly shows were great! Family friendly. Restaurants all day were fantastic, with excellent service! Everything was excellent! We did the day trip by ferry to Kos, Greece, highly recommended! N/a

You are advertising air conditioned gym but there is no gym on the site, I have found this extremely misleading. You even put the pictures of the gym on your website but there is no gym. This was one of the reason I chose this hotel so I'm extremely disappointed
