The location was great…. In very nice area, many shops and restaurants. The breakfast was acceptable, I liked the variety of fruits. Room was comfortable, quiet old furniture. The room’s intern was poor.

The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The location is excellent, it felt very safe to walk around the area at any time. The bed was very comfortable. Also the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Honestly, our stay was very good and we have no major complaints. The only small suggestion would be for the hotel to provide some cutlery (spoons and forks) in the rooms for guest use.

This hotel is very well located, in a very safe and beautiful area of Bogota. It's relatively small but cozy. The staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is good enough for the price. The rooms are cozy, and the bathroom looked new and was very clean. I think the best thing about it is the location, very close to shopping centers and various stores. Overall, everything was good at this hotel. Perhaps what I didn't like was the use of carpets in the rooms. Despite the cleanliness of the rooms, they always retain dust, and it's not recommended for people with sensitive skin or allergies. So, I don't think it's the hotel's fault; I just need to be more careful about these details next time.
