Everything was great ?

I liked: bed sheets smelled fresh and clean. Staff was nice and tried their best. I would not recommend this hostel. It has a level of filth that can’t be cleaned with a mop or bleach, though I understand the employees try. Facilities are old and need to be replaced. Pots are very dirty and have broken handles. Kitchen is missing a supply of towels and needs more utensils. Bathrooms always smell strongly of bleach and/or other cleaning fluids. Window was broken in room and cold air enters.

Building could use some work, some upgrades

Everything is clean and the rooms very comfortable

Everything excellent

Sheets arent clean enough. You can even smell the sweats from the sheets and dirt from the last person who used it. Also had allergies here due to dust.

In general a nice hostel. BEDBUGS! We had bedbugs in the dorm and apparently it happens more often. It can happen - sure but they didn't do anything about it. They gave us a different bed in the same room and on the next day they put fresh sheets on the bed bugs bed and a new person had to sleep on it. This behavior is unacceptable. The sheets had stains on them as well and they have only 3 bathrooms (1 toilet, 1 shower, 1 sink in one room) for 3 dorms and a couple of double rooms.

Bed was cozy. Breakfast alright. Good value for the price! No one speaks english. The staff felt a bit rude, maybe because of the language barrier. Location is safe, but a bit far from the nicer areas.

Some of the facilities need work for example, both of the downstairs showers have issues. One of the showers consistently floods the bathroom when used, and the other shower has a weak stream. The third shower has no issue and can be used by any guest (its the upstairs shower).

Really nice place, easy to move from that location to the main zone T, the host is very nice and all the members of the hostel brings a really nice attention. 100% sure I’ll return.

I love 82 Hostel, my favorite part is Trip ? the best host. The location is perfect, near zona T and with excellent options to eat. Everything was great

I can pay for a bed late night Someone stole my clothes from my bed while I was getting lunch and the staff did nothing to help me. Fausto or Franco, I don't remember the exact name of the receptionist who had a bad attitude while I was asking for help or solutions.

Exceptional

Pros: Centrally located near place to or party Staff are friendly and helpful Con: included breakfast was subpar and incomplete during time of serving(I managed to only get a cup of coffee one day and next day 2 bread, no coffee or tea).

Staff, too many toilets/showers : ) cleaner room

Τhe two guys at the reception are very kind, helpful and patient . The place has bedbugs. I slept in the green room named Antioquia, I found one in my bedsheets and two on the curtains. Despite pictures and complaining, the management was super indifferent, only thing she cared about was whether I would pay for my laundry (which I did not since I literally abandoned almost my stuff there, because it was my last day in Colombia and did not want to risk to bring the bugs home). I understand that things like this can happen, but from what I saw that's not new, they are already aware and simply do not care.
