Hotel Confort 80 Zona Rosa

Apartment looked different than on photos, it was ok but not worth the money.

Staff was very welcoming. Willing to help and gave the extra mile. A bit of noise in the mornings due to traffic.

The staff is very attentive, and always smiling which is good. They do have fresh coffee throughout the day, which is nice. And it seems to be in a secure area, right off zona rosa. When I booked, I asked specifically how was the Wi-Fi in the rooms, and they said it was strong. And I told him I needed it because I do work remotely as well. However, the Wi-Fi was very weak and inconsistent in my unit. So I was forced to purchase a data plan with My carrier. Just to be able to connect my laptop. Or I would have to work out of a café. So this incurred an additional cost that I was not expecting. The unit was facing the street and I could hear traffic at all times throughout the night, as well as people talking. So it is not good if you are a light sleeper.

The room was very comfortable, the staff helpful and attentive The Wi-Fi signal was very poor, and the breakfast options were limited. Many of the meals on the menu weren't available for lunch or dinner. The comfort had a good taste, though.

Room for 5 people was nice and good cleaning service. Hotel Housekeeper was a judging us a bit for coming late.

Nothing Everything

They were a persistent problems with the door opening key card. It never worked even after being replaced. The attendant would have to accompany me to the room to open the door. Also, I had a guest come and they charge me an overnight

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were so helpful with changing our room and making sure that we got a taxi when we needed one. Room was very large and excellent if you have a family or many people staying together as there are many beds in one room. The mini fridge was useful. The bathroom was not good. The showerhead sprayed water in many different directions and had low water pressure. It also ran out of hot water very quickly. The toilet did not have good water pressure and became clogged easily even if you did not put any paper in it. The faucet leaked and water collected around the basin. We were happy to have a mini fridge, but it leaked water onto the floor. It was loud because the room was not insulated well from outside noise

Nice comfy hotel near the zona T. Nice room clean with anything you need for a short stay. Plenty of space is definitely a plus. Very kind personnel, huge tv with plentiful of channels, fridge and bottomless shampoo and soap Breakfast is very good but essential and coffee is not at the level you would expect in Colombia ;). But it is not a great deal to be honest. Definitely worth staying

The price was ok. Stuff is polite but they dont speak english. We could leave our stuff whole day. The staff is polite but they dont speak english. The location is across the parking and it is quite laud. The photos are old, hotel is in the worst condition, but clean. For hot water in the shower u need to wait. Internet was good

The staff was all very friendly and helpful during my whole time there. They helped me with understanding the reservations and were very helpful when I needed to file a police report for my cell phone that was stolen when I was on the streets.

Great price at a great location. Good breakfast and room service. Very clean. Very little noise from city directly outside. Internet on the upper floors is a bit spotty

Space enough for everyone

We were a big group but still had our own space, it is very comfortable and we could have a nice and clean rest.
