The king bed in the suite was really bad. It sagged deeply in the middle and we folded into the uncomfortable middle as we slept each night. Not one good night of sleep for me. The television never worked. It never connected to the internet and we never were able to correct it even with help from staff. The internet was intermittent at best. The kitchen had 2 glass cups and nothing more. I would have expected plates, utensils, coffee maker, and paper towels. The location is very good. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was basic. Good value for the price but I will likely pay a higher price for a more comfortable stay on our next trip.

The area is walkable to anywhere in Chapinero area. Very convenient place. Rooms a getting renovated and getting better. Rooms are too big that t feels like empty. The vibe is strange--- It could be better. I will stay somewhere else if I have a choice.

Jamie in the breakfast buffet was amazing in her customer service. I picked this place because of the refrigerator and microwave, despite being 20 mins away where I had to meet my skating camp. Because of her professionalism I would pick Viaggio again. Multiple marks in the bed sheet not visible to the common eye. I don’t doubt of their cleanliness but I think their cleaning products weren’t helping there.

The crew is warm and happy to help, although English was a challenge. The location is good, breakfast is great. They have issues with the keys to the rooms and I had to go up and down with my luggage to reset the cards
