The food are very tasty and good presentation, it 's take to long. We order 4 sandwich and it take about one hour to be server to us.they need to work on timing and restuarant was empty.

The hotel was clean and well-kept. There were multiple delicious and healthy options for breakfast. My interactions with staff were generally pleasant. 1. On our first day, while I was resting in the room with my children, a male hotel employee entered without permission. This raised serious concerns about guest safety and privacy. The hotel stated the issue was addressed internally, but no explanation or compensation was provided. 2. Booking says, “Breakfast included.” Yet, breakfast for children under 12 is not included. 3. Hotel is a bit (10 blocks?) too far from main tourist area.

The room was large with a lot of space. The room didn’t have ac. Although it was still comfortable, there was times during the day that I feel hot.
