Great location, fantastic food and the most friendly staff. The room was a bit small and the window handle didn't work, but it wasn't important.

The neighbors were very loud. Despite staying in a suite it just felt like a very big room. Not sure if its necessarily worth grabbing the suite

The property is very quiet and quaint. The intimate feel of this place was like that of bed and breakfast but with a hotel vibe. The bathroom was very small and cramped with the angled ceiling. I had to be careful not to bump my head when using the toilet.

I love this property; the location is unbeatable for a business trip and for reaching good restaurants in the area. The staff can be a bit rude sometimes. The rooms can be pretty dark and small. The treadmill has stopped several times mid-run (but not on this occasion). It seemed fixed.

The facilities are beautiful. Breakfast is nice and the restaurant personnel in the morning is friendly and efficient. Location is fantastic in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and bars. I was placed in one VERY smelly room and after I asked for I was changed to another one that was also smelly, not as bad as the first one. The guy in charge of the night shift didn't apologize or show any kind of interest, he just offered me the new room and told me he didn't have more options. I'm pretty easy going and it takes a lot for me to complain, but the way it was handled was very unprofessional. Rooms are hot as well. Service is just OK. There are some great people, but also some mediocre ones that don't represent the brand. This hotel used to be really good but it has lost its charm and uniqueness. I don't expect to stay there again.

The location was great. However, the room was too cold at night and the staff did not do too much to turn on the heat. Turn on the heat, especially at night.

Location, comfort of hotel, amenities

The hotel has comfortable rooms in a classic style in beautifully restored mansion. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The area marvelous for walking. We had an unfortunate incident with a blocked toilet when we arrived. The hotel staff insisted we had blocked it even though we hadn’t used it. After waiting more than an hour, we were finally moved to a different room.

The hotel is a gem! Clean, convenient, well worth it! There is nothing I didn’t like!

How quiet and comfortable it was.

All very good, staff friendly, bar and restaurant was very good, common areas were great. I needed to change rooms since the first one they had dampness and mold that was very visible. The second room still had a little amount but there was not a problem
