El hotel está en proceso de remodelacion, esta envejecido, y la habitación es toda con luz blanca, debería tener luz cálida ideal para descansar.

Cold water, cold room, break fast not good. Expensive room with very limited facilities.

There was some kind of gap(5-10cm) between one of the windows and the wall in my room. The problem is that Bogota is super cold so there was cold air and noise filtering into my room from there.

Todo muy bueno, solo unos temas de la dificultad de la cerradura de mi puerta del cuarto que me llevó a ir todos los días a que me activaran la tarjeta.

Very clean and spacious suite. Bed very comfortable. Staff all friendly and helpful. Room service was 24 hrs even though it didn't say that in the info. Rooftop bar beautiful. Can't think of anything I didn't like
