The shared areas look quite nice, but the rooms themselves are really ugly.

Staff were friendly and patient with us. Buzz in and out each time, with security guards posted at the corner: great security. The bass from music from the gym next door reverberates throughout. It’s loud, fast, and constant: starts fairly early in the morning until late into night. They shut down the water entirely for a day for maintenance. We got no warning and no accurate estimate on when it’d be back.

Too loud. You can hear everything happening outside the room (which doesn't have a window). Somekind of machine was making stomp noises nonstop. Sleeping was a struggle. Some residents (big family a suppose) had a very loud party at about 6 am for two hours. On arrival i noticed that the beddings had spots on them. They were changed without questions, but the new ones also had hairs in them, and they were clearly not head hairs. The big cover is surely not washed.

New, fresh, clean hotel with excellent relation price to quality. Lack of any ventilation inside the room. It was necessary to open the room door from time to time to get fresh air ?
