Was an amazing place to stay , i can say that the owner and receptionist are amazing people, was very clean and very respectful, also all the roommates are very respectful people , only good and gentil person I found in this place , thanks for everything ?

Road is loud at night, not very clean, kitchen too small, mattresses were horrible

Nothing The rude staff especially the one with face tattoos he needs to be replaced or thought customer service skills cause he’s clearly lacking in that field. Mold everywhere and filthiness everywhere you look.

The property is located around great restaurants and bars. Nice view from the roof tops. The WiFi doesn’t work well in the room. It’s best in the common area.

IT HAS VERY GOOD LOCATION AND ITS LOCATED NEXT TO BARS AND RESTAURANTS JUST A 10 MINUTE WALK AWAY THE LOCATION

This time was different. I was going to leave a bad review, even when I had my entire body burning from bed bugs. But I changed my mind when the receptionist asked me to pay for laundry services, which I only got done because insects were in my clothes. Very dissatisfied about that.

The kitchen was small and not the cleanest, and the staff wasn't very sure about the prices some days they asked for more money, i had to argue with them in order to get a towel because i didn't have one.

The hostel is close to Chapinero area and main streets. Staff is well intended. - bed bugs on 2 different beds. - very dirty kitchen - furniture falling apart - overall not clean

THE RECEPTION STAFF HAS A DESPECTIVE TREATMENT OF THE GUESTS, I AM A TRAVELER WHO HELPS STREET DOGS WITH MY INSTAGRAM PAGE IN THE COUNTRY. I WAS PACKAGING COOKIES FOR THEM AND THE RECEPTIONIST IN FRONT OF ANOTHER GUEST JUDGED ME THAT I WAS PACKAGING "DRUGS". WHEN MY JOB IS TO PACK COOKIES FOR ANIMALS AND CREATE AWARENESS IN THE COUNTRY. VERY VERY DON'T RECOMMEND IT...

Not clean, it had an awful smell, the hotel and the facilities. No hot water plus the rooms did not have blackouts so the light could filter inside and would not let you rest.
