Somewhat cheap for location. They lie and they do not have laundry service. Also the front desk guy comes to your room asking for more money ever after you paid in full + tax. He said he accidentally put in paperwork for more guests. Love the scams.

Nothing Was to cold, was flooded when I reached, no shower cortine, low water pressure, bad towels with holes, stains on the sheet.

I reserved a room for 2 people. The room had 2 beds, one bed was completely uncomfortable, the mattress was too old. The staff asked to pay extra because "we used two beds"

10 minutes walk from Zona Roa restaurants and shops. Staff is friendly, wifi works well. The room was spacious and clean. For one night can be good for the price. Downstairs rooms close to the reception. Staff is talking and watching video all night long, it's very loud in your room, which doesn't have and soundproof. I had to asked them to be more silent. Staff doesn't speak english at all, and rooms don't have window.

The door couldn't close you need to move the beds in order to be able to close the door They charge on top of the price cleaning fee and wifi and wifi isn't even working Renovation going on from early in the morning making sleep almost impossible Just go somewhere else this place is within the same price range than many hotels around don't waste your money here what a scam

the property was clean and the staff was very nice the bed was uncomfortable. no fridge in the room. ordered room with one bed and it came with two. the wifi reception was horrible. adding extra pounds to laundry services to charge more. very noisy couldn’t really rest.
