The location was excellent. It was in a convenient area with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation, making it easy to get around Bogotá. The facilities were outdated and not very comfortable. The room could have been cleaner, and overall the hotel did not provide good value for the price. While the staff was polite, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

The Location! Everything is close by and easy to get to. Unicentro is like under 10 minutes walk and a lot more stores and markets etc. The breakfast included was a bonus, fresh juice every morning, fresh fruits and friendly staff. In front of the hotel is also great restaurants and bar to choose from, so it was a great choice ?? Not applicable. Everything was ok

I had a wonderful stay! The place truly felt like home, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel welcomed right away. The room and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained, providing all the comfort and functionality I could ask for. The staff were exceptional—David, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. If I had one minor suggestion, it would be that I personally prefer a harder bed for sleeping. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely return!
