The staff is great. Veronica, Ludys y Johan are very friendly and helpful. It would be great to have better toilets. Maybe something that should be renovated.

The room had hairs previous to our arrival on April 1st in room 603. There were hairs on the pillow in the restroom and on the floor. That needs to be better next time. Also the use of Varsol (products had a strong odor and needs to be reduced during cleaning)

Nothing This is, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment you arrive, it is clear that guest comfort is not a priority. The entrance is elevated with stairs only and no ramp, forcing guests to carry heavy luggage up the stairs, which is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of basic accessibility. The hotel is dark, poorly maintained, and smells strongly of mold throughout the property. While the rooms are spacious, they are unbearably hot, and there is no air conditioning available for guests. Our room was on the second floor, and when we complained about the temperature, the receptionist, Veronica, told us the only option was to sleep with the windows open. That suggestion would be laughable if it weren’t so frustrating. The hotel is located in a very noisy residential neighborhood, where you constantly hear vehicles passing, horns beeping, dogs barking, and even roosters. Sleeping with the windows open is simply not an option. As if that weren’t enough, the mattress is hard as a rock, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. To make matters worse, the hotel provides only one pillow per guest, and good luck getting more. We didn't even stayed one night and were forced to check out, despite having paid for three nights. We requested a refund for the two unused nights. Veronica assured us this would not be a problem and instructed us to send an email requesting the refund. It has now been two weeks, and we have received absolutely no response and no resolution regarding our refund. I strongly do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. If you see the name Suites 109, run. It is a tiny, noisy hotel in the middle of a residential area and is not worth your time, your money, or the stress. Save yourself the headache and book literally anywhere else.
