Great location with easy access to most areas in town. Friendly staff with great customer service. Breakfast was served on time with lots of choices pertaining to morning rush hours. Clean and well maintained. Highly recommended. Upgrade the GYM department with more equipment's to meet the growing demand.

Great hotel at the heart of Bogotá. Very nice facilities. Great location nearby shopping malls and restaurants, cafes, bars, etc.

Great accommodation, clean, well equipped and close to many restaurants and park Breakfast staff. Inattentive and only alert when it comes to close the place. But before that they rather try to hide than servicing you coffee. But we were able to help ourselves...

The location. On walking distance of many stores, restaurants, mall. And very safe to walk in the area. The cleaning of the room. The second day the cleaning staff just put the bed but didn’t change the towels, take out the trash. And the Breakfast was very limited.

Staff was friendly! I booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms the bathroom din't smell nice! You can not cook nothing with the pot, pan ect ect! All is deffect!! So if you plan to cook something, you can not!! The sofa bed needs to have a deep clean!! The bed is not so comfortable.

Good location. Pleasent staff. Terrible place to stay. This place is rated over 9 stars which is beyond me. Stains on the bed linen. Carpet's and sofa's are filthy. My Gf developed an allergy while there. The shape and layout of the room was unappealing . Breakfast in the morning was basic.

The whole staff was really kind in reception and dining room. Great terrace by the gym, available for yoga with a view :) Very good breakfast between 7.45 and 9.30 am (if we tried it earlier or later some buffet options were not available). Wi-fi needs to improve for 2 people to be able to work remotely from the apartment at the same time. My videocalls crashed a few times :(

Large room. With the bedroom door closed it is fairly well insulated against noise from the hallway. Overall ok. Most of the staff were nice. Housekeepers playing loud music. Room was dirty with glitter on the floor and long hairs in the shower (I have short hair, so not from me).No room service as listed multiple times on their official website and booking(com). Basic breakfast but no restaurant as advertised. Extremely hot room with no fan. For some reason I was placed directly in front of the elevator on a floor with very few tenants. You don't want a room near the elevator as the locals are extremely loud, and lacking basic self awareness so there was often very loud talking right outside the room. The windows provide good sound insulation but if you open them to try and cool the room off you'll find it is loud outside. Very few dishes in the room and no soap provided to clean them. For similar price you can find better amenities in other hotels...
