Nice art work in the common areas. The hotel was very 'budget' designed - toilet was gas station style, there was no way to stop the water from getting out of the shower, the room had no a/c or heat resulting the air being stagnate. The breakfast was very poor (dry breads, limited selection, fruit was not crips, bland eggs - syrup for waffles but no waffles). They charged for everything that was not a pre pot made coffee. After the first morning, we went out and purchased breakfast from Massa very close to the hotel. They charged the same for cafe latte and had fresh offerings. We arrived at 10 and wanted to get something to eat. We understood the kitchen was closed but we asked the front desk for help (we did not getting any). A nice couple walked into the hotel and point out that OXXO was still open a few blocks away and we went there and they only had ramen noodles.

This hotel in Bogotá feels like home to me. The view, the location, the warm and friendly staff, the delicious food, and the excellent service make every stay special. I truly love how I feel every time I’m here.

Service Breakfast

I had booked a room with a terrace, they charged me, and when we arrived they informed us that the room was occupied and assigned us one of a lower category but without making any refund or courtesy for the inconvenience.

Breakfast is very limited in regards to the variety of optios. The quality of the hotel does not match such a small breakfast.

Everything was good, I loved the paintings on the walls in each floor. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a nice zone in Bogotá, next to a park. May something can be done regarding the noise from other guest on the corridor.

I have stayed often ... and also family members have done so, and each time, we have had problems with the bathroom shower. Missing knobs in the shower for hot water, & No Hot Water, shower head not working properly & causing water to shoot sideways, in multiple rooms. It was fixed, but we always have this recurring problem in multiple rooms.

Location, art gallery The bathroom honestly left a lot to be desired. The soap provided felt like something from a public bathroom — not good quality for a hotel on 105th Street. The mirrors facing the bedroom show poor design knowledge and bad energetic Feng Shui. The staff’s attention was very poor; we did not receive proper service or attention when we arrived. We were ignored for more than two minutes. Breakfast was terrible: not enough eggs plus where cold and no water to drink.

Loved how quiet the area is; the rooms are super comfortable, and the art and decoration in the halls and shared areas provide a wholesome experience.

Accommodations. Location. Front House Staff interactions. Did not appreciate the unwarranted sarcastic behavior of front staff.

Location Front Desk staff super rude. I booked the hotel from Sunday to Wednesday as my flight would arrive Monday first day in the morning and i did not want to wait until 3 PM to check in, but…surprise!! Surprise!! They decided to do a “no show”, charge me anyways and then as i really needed a place to stay they gave me a room!! Huge Mistake!! The hotel is terrible, old furniture, smells bad etc… in summary, I paid twice, and i left 2 hours later to another -very nice hotel- less than 200 mts down the road- cause the place is pretty bad

Room good and clean, Breakfast good but can be better. Location quiet and good, I have seen constant security around the park. Police. Staf and personel good. Breakfast can be better. More choice.

Nothing. Everything was O.K and excellent. Good WiFi to work remotely while you're traveling. Excellent rest and awesome food

We really loved the facilities they felt frozen in time in the best way possible. The amenities such as the Turkish bathroom was above and beyond. There are minor issues here and there, like the towels were somewhat rugged, and some power outlets were a little loose. Which didn't made an impact at all, but they could be improved.

Location was great, and the 24 hours reception was perfect It was good nothing to complaint

Location! ,Value, friendly staff, price. Every thing was close to perfect. Nothing to complaint about.
