The staff is the best, very helpful and professional. Loved the breakfast, local fruits and natural juice, eggs any way you want them and extras like arepas, sandwiches and more. The place is super clean and they are ready to help in any way you need. Very comfy beds, they even have additional pillows if needed. Rooms are a bit hot and had to keep windows open, and then had to tolerate the street noise. Bathrooms are a bit old.

Staff friendly and helpful. The place is clean and breakfast is great. The front desk staff super nice and helpful, all 3 different shifts. Location is quiet, clean, and well maintained. I definitely recommend this place. Also Vanessa was super helpful.

I stayed here for a month. The room sizes are great. Friendly staff. Controlled entry with doorman. The street side units are a lil noisy and the walls are thin. Beyond that it was great.

Excellent! The staff's attention, the quality of the breakfast, and the location were all great. We stayed in both the apartment and the standard room; both are excellent options for every need.

The hotel is well located, and the rates for my stay were very reasonable. The staff was friendly, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, definitely a great choice! Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room wasn’t great, and I could hear pretty much everything the couple in the room next to mine was doing.

Check in process was fast and efficient, loved the breakfast and the options offered, the staff was very helpful and nice, the cleaning crew did an amazing job, the location was perfect !!! the noise from other rooms, some of the personnel staying at the hotel, the fact that the work out equipment could not be easily accessed, allows pets.

Help us staff. Good location. Good food if you eat in the restaurant. Cleanness. One of the windows was kind of broken ( we couldn't close completely),and the first night was very cold for us. The next day they were notified and the janitor tried to help us but what he couldn't resolve all the whole problem .
