The place is just like the pictures. The staff very attend and friendly. All of them willing to cooperate. Just the sound of some motor downstairs can be annoying. I loved the location, the park in front of the hotel, the breakfast, Rosita the breakfast cook, Jairo the technician and Susanna the cleaninglady wher all super super super. The place and location is super safe. Everything you need arround and on walking distance. I recommend it to everyone. It

Beautiful , very comfortable bed , lots of natural light with a great view . There is not room cleaning on Sundays and holidays which very often Mondays are so we have gone with two days without room cleaning . Our suite had a coffee maker but only espresso tiny cups :) .

The property is in an excellent location, close to restaurants and shops, and set in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Just across the street, there is a park where locals exercise and walk their dogs, which adds to the sense of calm and security in the area. The room was spotless, spacious, well equipped, and wonderfully quiet. It was also beautifully designed, something I truly appreciated. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, and the view was absolutely lovely. At times, it felt as though I were in Italy. The breakfast was very delicious; however, the variety was somewhat limited. I would have appreciated seeing more protein options, as the offerings leaned more toward carbohydrates and refined sugars. That said, it’s perfectly enjoyable for those who prefer a more indulgent, vacation style breakfast :)

To say thank you to the staff everything was clean the breakfast was decent and it was close to all the restaurants whatever you like from seafood to steaks smoothies to donuts it was perfect Parking every way in Columbia is tight but you do have parking so if you get a big car it might not be good for you you need a small car to get around and park everywhere

Location and breakfast Noise all around. There is a huge echo from the stairs void space that make difficult to sleep.

I loved our time on 104 Art Suites. The hotel has everything you need, variety of breakfast with a touch of Colombian food , comfortable rooms with terrace, easy access from the hotel to different places in Bogota and the most important lovely staff. It would be my first option when I come back to Bogota.

The room was pretty good, the location is nice and the staff was great. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Even though I do not speak Spanish, it was very easy to communicate. The staff were kind and everything met my needs. There were parking avail at no cost. I am heading back to colomboa and this is where I will be for the 2nd time.

Location Did not accept to void sales tax for US citizens (did not accept biometric entry, only sealed passport which requires long immigration line).

The location was good, close to a supermarket and some restaurants all within walking distance. The room was perfect for what I needed. The bed and the pillows were excellent. The water was hot and had good pressure. My room had a nice little patio but I did not use it. The noise was a bit much for me. I specifically asked for the quietest room they had. I got #105 which is right above the garage entrance, I could hear people outside on the front steps of the hotel and I could hear some traffic noise, even though the street is not even a main road. The work station could have been more comfortable. The chairs were not great to sit in. Breakfast was OK, not bad, but not great either.

The staff were amazing! They were very attentive and helpful always! The breakfast was very good with a lovely woman who would make whatever type of eggs you wanted. The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was absolutely perfect! It was a wonderful stay, so wonderful we extended ? There is a grocery store on the same block, many restaurants to choose from close by and a large pharmacy a block away. There was nothing
