The staff is friendly and always caring

The breakfast is very good. The location is very convenient because it's close to a lot of different places and stores. This was our 3rd time staying here and we like it very much. Highly recommend to travelers and tourists looking for a nice place to stay in a safe area. Water pressure can be high sometimes in the bathroom sink but it's an easy fix. Showerhead was a little dirty and for the Superior Double Room the TV is quite far from the bed not really a huge issue for most people but some might find it inconvenient.

We always like the breakfast. For the Junior Suite the TV is a lot closer to the bed than the other rooms so that's really nice. We liked the bigger bathroom as well. It also has a mini living room with fridge and couches. This stay we booked a junior suite instead of the superior double room and we can't say we liked it more. There were numerous small issues. Our phone did not work, one of the sinks did not work. The curtain was falling off, a big issue for us personally was not having outlets near the bed.

Great staff. Good breakfast. Many restaurant options close by. Not the best location of you are planning to visit the downtown (was not my case). We can hear the noise from the streets. There is no hairdryer.

Location, cleanliness, staff and breakfast were excellent. Only problem is rooms facing Calle 116 need double glazing immediately to block the noise from the street.

Water in the shower came yellow. Horrible situation, to much money for an old venu. No hair dryer or iron.

Nice hotel, location great, new hotel, great restaurant & fabulous breakfast. It shows jacuzzi & sauna, but it requires prior appointment to use & must do it by 9 pm, so that is not convenient & was unable to use. Should note this on the description...
