The location was ?perfectly. The breakfast had the basic things. Enough for a good start. I miss a coffee/ tea maker in the room for a evening cup of tea/ coffee. The frontdesk employer gave us hot water for our cup of tea.

The Central location and great bed. Only reason I did not give a 10 is because my room did not have a AC. When asked only the rooms with dubble beds have an AC That there was not a AC

Lack of helping about taxes because I am colombian but I dont live in Colombia. They have to exempt me from paying VAT. DIAN the colombian TAX department says that in official communications but the hotel has old and obsolete information. They dont care much about that matter, they just want to charge the tax anyway. The hotel´s accountant helped nothing.

Location and the bed was so comfortable! Bfast was good but the staff totally kind! When arrived there were no towels but it was quickly corrected

Location No air conditioning. No fridge, the minibar is the desk, blinds were broken, view is the next building wall, towel were rags, safe cage didn’t work properly and too small. For few extra dollars you can get a much better hotel in the same location

Great hotel in a great location.Staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and the breakfast was great. Sadly no coffee making facilities in the room unlike the nearby Sonesta and Faranda Collection hotels. Water in bottles was not complimentary either.

It gets loud on the weekends at night on weekends outside of hotel

Staff at breakfast was very helpful and attentive. Prepared the meal at our taste though there was no much variety. The room could be better fitted with amenities. Lack more towels, a coffee maker and a microwave.
