Location is very good, I like the place, Breakfast (fruit,cereal,juice, cereal, bread,arepa, eggs) service at breakfast area was very good. Wi-Fi available.I have a bad experience just with the front desk night person, I asked for help with the TV, he doesn’t know how to do it and He did ask me ironically while doing that “who did you book your room with?” I said booking.com, so he step away and never said something like I’m sorry you having trouble with the tv, that’s it.

Good-size room I booked the room because of the jacuzzi, but it couldn't be used because of water restrictions. No way to get another room or any pricing adjustment. Staff was useless, not friendly at all (both at night and in the morning) which is pretty rate in Colombia. Bed Lamps were not working. Had to rely on lighting from other room. Glad we only stayed there one night.

Location was amazing in a nice trendy Neighborhood with many restaurants, cafés, and bars options. Casa real was very clean and staff was friendly, specially Mr. Andrés the Night-shift receptionist. This man is a gem! Was so helpfull and friendly. The place includes a modest breakfast, and daily house keeping which are always welcomed. Over all a good stay. The place is kind of dated, our bed was very hard not so confortable to sleep in, and there’s no AC which is kind of normal in Bogotá. We had to open the windows to sleep better when the room felt warm but there was traffic noise in the early Morning. It didn’t bother me but it might brother light sleepers.

Great location, close to everything. The staff was great and always available. The breakfast was not buffet as they offered it, you had to go early in the morning to still find food because if you go later not much left. Not a lot of options just 2 or 3. The sofa bed is not comfortable and the sheets are not long enough to accommodate a 180cms person.

Stayed here several times and love this hotel. Spacious suites, some with fireplace and jacuzzi. Great location. They charge $50.000 for a fireplace log which is a complete rip-off. If you go to Honecenter or Easy (like Home Depot) you can get them for a fraction of the price. There is also a store called La Chiminea about 10 minutes away which sellla bundles of firewood for $15.000. The staff are rather rude and completely unhelpful. The toilet clogged in our suite so went to the front desk to get a plunger. They said would send one up but it never arrived. Had to pour lots of water into toilet to fix it.

The location The internet was terrible, definitely this ruined big part of my trip, I don't recommend this place if it's needed to use the internet

This place looks more like an apartment building than a hotel. Room had a lot of space. Breakfast was a little confusing but alright. Good location, just a block from 'Parque de la 93'.
