Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Boise

Front desk was very nice and welcoming, I was able to check in early.

A clean room, and very helpful staff,and close to the hospital,and Whole Foods. However walking to Whole Foods would be difficult because of the traffic.

The only difficulty we encountered was the height of the toilets, very short. This was challenging because my husband has had both knees replaced. Next time we will request handicap room. Other than that 5 stars.

They should have at least given grab and go breakfast. Not offering breakfast is terrible and does not reflect well on the property.

They dont have a pool. Google says they do. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

The property was nicely kept. The room was clean, a little gloomy with awkward lighting, but overall comfortable. The staff was almost nonexistent though; I tried multiple times to contact the front desk from my room and got sent to dial tone every time.

They gave my room away, that I had booked for months.

The room and the hotel were great perfect for walking distance to Boise State University. The only frustration was that we came in at 3:30 to check in and there was a long line and rooms were not ready to be checked into. We were told that they had a full hotel the night before and they just didn’t have them all clean yet. And because the hotel had been sold out for months they should’ve been prepared for that. And I only know that because I got the last rooms available for reservation, which was three months in advance. Many of us had nowhere to get ready to go to the game at Boise State because rooms were not ready and were told we could check in after the game at 10:00pm. Knowing that the hotel was full and was full for the following day they should’ve had more staff on hand to clean those rooms and get them ready.

This location was easy to get to and ease of parking. Staff was very helpful with recommendation's. Ate at there Bistro and food was really good and again the staff was amazing.

Didn’t get to check in until late due to rooms not cleaned, had a game to go to, offered a drink voucher and to hold luggage till later. Didn’t get a chance to freshen up before game.

I like to stay at the courtyard Marriott and this is probably my fifth or six different city. Very consistent love having the Starbucks and the food in the lobby very comfortable. Consistent professional staff.
