Got settled into my suite which I realized was ADA when I moved in.. wasn’t asked or anything!! When I requested a regular room the following day, I was told they were fully booked. Not happy as I wanted the luxury of a suite room and the ADA delicately took that feeling away… The following evening I sat in The bar area at a table. Being a women, I prefer to sit at a table rather than a bar stool. Completely ignored by the bartender. I also watched a server pass me 3X from the dining area not acknowledging me. When I finally make eye contact with the bartender, she says something like, “I can come over there or you can just yell your order at me.” Excuse me?! It was a weird and lazy approach. My table as just on the other side of the bar. Lazy bartender. I “yelled my order” and she promptly brought drinks. Funny thing, I saw her do the same thing to a table of 4 with her “ We can just yell at eachother line!” And the man uncomfortably walked to the bar and gave her the orders. THIS IS HOTELS FATAL MISTAKE!! Service is key. The Grove doesn’t have it. Even the valet guys (who are so nice) are often gone and you are waiting to hand someone your keys. Won’t stay

This is a very nice downtown hotel, in a fun part of the city. Easy to walk to many restaurants. Their restaurant is nice and I had room service once which had good service. They will charge $20 per day for parking, but through Expedia you can book a room that includes self parking, but make sure you tell them it’s in your booking and again when you check out or they will add it to your charges.

I called at 9:30am to say the fire alarm was going off every minute. After 2 1/2 hours I called back and maintenance said it needed to be replaced “must have been hard to sleep” NBD I just drove 8hours to move my kid in. Suuuuuuuuper relaxing

Overall really enjoyed my massage with Gabriel, it was the first time for myself getting a massage and he and staff were very helpful in explaining everything to me so I knew what to expect. My only critiscm was during my swim at the spa there was a man in the pool with a younger child who was screaming and splashing the majority of the time and going in and out of my reserved lane, this isnt proper behavior for a spa or reserved swim in my opinion. Enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and nice gym and locker room. Overall I would visit again in a heart beat and hope to do so in a month or so before I relocate out east. Perfect staycation for relaxation and fun!

Sean was so helpful to us! The restaurant coffee inside was great, as was the filtered water. Rooms were so so clean and well decorated as a bonus. Beds were soft, my sister and I slept the whole night through. Great location as well!
