Quick trip in from Sacramento they were accommodating and got us checked in early.

Perfect location! It was walking distance to many restaurants and bars in the area. Hotel staff were very nice. Cute, updated and very comfortable room.

Have stayed here multiple times and really like the hotel. Great location within downtown and they have an attached parking garage which is very helpful and much cheaper of a parking option than most others. The staff are always responsive and the rooms have always been nice and clean.

The staff were very helpful. Parking was easy. Everything was clean and well maintained. The steakhouse had great food and the service was excellent. We will stay here again.

But… We were originally book at Red Lion down the street, it was SOOO GROSS AND DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS.

Great service, clean, updated and great location.

However, we were disappointed that we were not given the room we reserved through Expedia. We specifically booked the Capitol Parlor Suite but were assigned a different suite upon arrival. Staff told us room types are not guaranteed unless booked directly with the hotel, and also claimed the replacement suite was the same price, which was not accurate based on what we paid. The suite’s bathroom layout was also awkward. A large jacuzzi occupied much of the space, while the shower and toilet were tucked into a very small separate room. The lighting setup was inconvenient, as turning on the bathroom light at night illuminated much of the sleeping area. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located, but not receiving the room we reserved significantly impacted our experience.

Great downtown location

The bathroom was a little dirty around the toilet and there was dust on all the vents, also the ad did not mention about about paying for parking.

Great, walkable or short drive, to 8th Street eateries. Didn't use all amenities.

Good hotel, staff were so nice!

Nice, attractive hotel in downtown Boise. The access to the nearby gym was great! Helpful staff. Great options to walk to shops, groceries and activities nearby. Nice big bathroom with heated floors. The room was pretty small. Not much room for our luggage.
