It’s so clean. The pool was a bit colder than I expected it.

The room and hotel facilities were clean. The reception staff were pleasant and professional. The breakfast was good. The parking lot situation was a bit confusing upon arrival. Parking spaces were a bit narrow for a truck .

Great experience all around. Note - nice pool, no hot tub. Great breakfast AND tea drinkers, the hot water pit is solely for hot water so your tea won’t taste like stale coffee.

The little “store” in the hotel. I like that plates, utensils, and napkins were available. The parking garage-very hard to maneuver around and small parking spaces.

Staff was awesome gave great recommendations to near by activities and restaurants room were clean and breakfast was good !

Parking was a little stressful at first but the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was great, one of the best complimentary breakfasts in a hotel. The room was comfy and the location was perfect, easy walking to many downtown places and easy freeway access.

I scored the handicap parking spot right outside the door to front desk. I requested a first floor room due to my daughter being in a wheelchair and got an 11th floor room #1111. It would be nice to have a vending machine with soda/snacks by the ice machine.
