The hotel was in excellent shape and the customer service was excellent too. The pool and hot tub were superb too. The breakfast was the only thing I’d improve upon by possibly adding hashbrowns, maybe tortillas or something else sugar free.

Fine for a night or two. Pool wasn’t very clean and hot tub looked green. They charge $10 a night to park—I guess that is better than the Marriot Element in downtown Boise which charges $25 a night and doesn’t tell you until you are checking out.

The only negative was upon first arriving, they were not prepared for the influx of check-ins (10-15 other) and rooms were not clean yet. The first front desk staff member was not as helpful, but we were soon sorted out by other very helpful staff/management. We were in our rooms within 45 minutes.

The staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was good and always well stocked. I liked the location even though we didn't have a car - Ubers were super accessible and affordable.

Hall carpet was very dirty. In our room something on floor that was red and wet. We had to put a towel on it. Will not use this motel again. Too many nicer ones to choose from. Bad choice.

Breakfast was bomb, the swimming pool and hot tub was great. The motel was nice and clean. The room was cleaned and nice. Thanks, Boise for a great vacation spot.

This hotel is nice and clean. The pool and hot tub both worked, which is great! I do not think you should have to pay to park to stay in a hotel that you are already paying for. I could see if you were in Vegas or another big city, but in Boise, Idaho? I think it is ridiculous. The front desk was nice and refunded my money. The breakfast was really good, and had lots of options. Overall, it was a great experience!
